I specialize in healthy hair color and comfortable extensions for textured and curly hair.

 

*What services are not offered?
I do not offer braided styles with extensions or loc coloring and maintencce

*What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments may incur a fee.

 

*What types of extensions do you offer?
Traditional Sew-Ins, Microlink Weft (track) Sew-Ins, and Clip-In Extensions.

 

*What straightening services do you offer?
I offer silk presses, traditional creme relaxers, formaldehyde-free Brazilian Blowout keratin treatments, and Avlon Texture Release curl stretching treatment.

 

*What color lines do you use?
I primarily use ammonia-free, professional-grade color lines to support healthy, vibrant results.

 

*Do you provide services for hair loss or thinning hair?
No. I do not service clients with medical or progressive hair loss, scalp trauma, or advanced thinning. I recommend consulting a licensed medical provider, dermatologist, or trichologist for specialized care.

 

*Do you offer consultations for new clients?
Yes! First-time guests are encouraged to book a consultation—virtually or in person—to discuss hair history and goals. This allows me to create a personalized plan for your style and hair health.

 

*Do you sell retail products?
Yes. I offer a curated selection of professional-grade, Black-owned hair care products used during your service. They are available for purchase to help maintain your look and hair health at home.

 

*Do you accept walk-ins?
No. Services are by appointment only to ensure each guest receives focused attention in a calm, private setting.

 

*Is the salon kid-friendly?
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children and additional guests not accompany you unless they are receiving a service.

 

*Do you service children?
Yes, if your child is comfortable in a salon setting and can tolerate the experience with minimal resistance, they are welcome to book an appointment.

 

*Do you offer children’s pricing?
No. As an inclusive business that values your time and experience, pricing is based on service—not age or gender.
